50 thousand rupees fine for putting up unauthorized flex, banner, hoarding in Bangalore
Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar said that unauthorized flex will be banned in Bangalore city in the next three to four days. If the rule is violated, the corporation officials will file an FIR and impose a fine of 50 thousand on each flex.
We will completely ban flex across Bangalore. Unauthorized flexes disgust me. There is also a direction from the court. All flex, hoardings have been instructed to be removed.
He said that all flexes and hoardings should be removed by August 15 across Bangalore. If anyone is found to have put up flexes and hoardings, they should be fined.
50,000 for those who flex illegally. A notice has been given to impose fine. No party should put it. CM should not put his flex. DK should not be flexed. Dkeshi Khadak has sent a message that no one's recommendation will work.
All unauthorized flexes including leaders of political parties will be banned. I have appealed to our ministers and leaders in this regard.
He said that we will formulate a policy on flex ban in the coming days. No more unauthorized flex including birthday, tribute, good message, social, political and religious issue. All parties and citizens have been requested to cooperate in this
Already 59 thousand unauthorized flexes and banners have been cleared in the city. 134 complaints have been received and 40 FIRs have been registered. There is no restriction on placing flex in private places. He said that it does not come under our purview.
